With a good self-knowledge we understand better our own choices and driving forces and to detect and develop our inherent resources and potential.
Leadership may also be defined as the ability to bring out the best in other people and get them to believe in themselves and their potential. Our interest to other human’s development and growth is found in our priorities in our daily leadership.
